While reading my favourite Longboard mag recently I came across this simple but effective solution to a problem that hinders us all at least once in our life time. A couple of years ago, John Wheeler, designer of the Inside Edge Backsaver, needed a back support specifically designed for use in water. The Inside Edge Backsaver actually looks good! It’s constructed of high quality 2mm plush wetsuit neoprene, with a 1.5mm ‘second stage’ that allows infinite adjustment of tension, and a small 'spine' of 10mm thick high-density closed cell foam for extra support. Even if the belt is fully tensioned, there is still flexibility for the wearer. |
